At CPS, we believe that there are two major schools of spirituality - one based on meditation and the other on contemplation. At CPS, we subscribe to the school of contemplative spirituality rather than that of meditative spirituality. We believe that contemplative spirituality enlightens human beings by training them in spiritual principles and by giving them rational answers to their questions pertaining to the Ideology of Life. CPS Spirituality Efforts are aimed at spreading the ideology of spirituality developed by Maulana Wahiduddin Khan, based on contemplation or tafakkur or tadabbur as mentioned in the Quran.

During the CPS Spirituality Efforts, Maulana Wahiduddin Khan and the Ambassadors of Peace and Spirituality make people realize that man's spiritual journey is entirely intellectual in nature. Its quest has two aims: one is to solve the riddle of why all men and women undergo negative experiences in this world; and the other concerns the finding of positive solutions. CPS International and its global partners are further helping individuals rationally find answers to their questions pertaining to the ideology of life pertaining to the following:

• Explaining Purpose of Life
• Ideology of Life for Man
• Ideology of Monotheism
• Creation Plan of God

We have practically seen that after understanding the ideologies of the centre and being training based on these principles, a person becomes spiritually inclined and attains spirituality at the thinking level where man is simply the recipient: the giver is God. Having understood ideology of Monotheism, the creation plan of God and the concept of free will, one’s life enters a new phase - that of the building of a positive personality as per the Creator's spiritual principles. He is thus able to convert negative influences into positive ones. This is the beginning of living a peaceful and spiritual life. We believe that once such spiritual and positive individuals develop in sufficient numbers, it will result in a peaceful society. Spirituality is, therefore, the most important need of the world today. Only when the ideology of spirituality is spread throughout the world and individuals are trained based on its principles, can world peace be ushered in.

You can join hands with CPS by taking part in the Spirituality Efforts of the centre by:

• Participating in Weekly Spiritual Sessions of the Centre at New Delhi. Contact us for details.
• Arranging the sessions in your centre, institution or organization. The Ambassadors of Peace and Spirituality will supervise the sessions. To arrange for the sessions in your institution or centre, contact us.
• Spreading/Sponsoring CPS Material such as leaflets, booklets, books and audio-visual material and
• Arranging PR & Broadcasts based on the principles of spirituality.
