When God wishes well unto his servant He causes him to see the faults of his soul. -- Hadith
When God wishes well unto his servant He causes him to see the faults of his soul. -- Hadith
The natural question is what is the aim of creation? The real aim of creation is to select those who are fit to inhabit the world of Paradise. Evil people will not be selected to inhabit Paradise. Death will lead some into a world of infinite happiness called paradise, while it will lead others into a den of unmitigated hardship called Hell. The worldly affliction, which causes man distress on earth, is trivial compared to the affliction of the hereafter. Worldly honour and ease make him proud and complacent, but they are of no consequence if they do not remain on into the next, eternal life. If man were to be conscious of what will become of him after death then he would forget about his worldly state, and concentrate on consolidating his position in the world where both repose and torment are infinite.
Therefore we can say that the limited period before death is meant to be a trial for man, while the eternal period after his death will be the period for his reward or punishment, based on his performance in the trial in this life.
In the world of the Hereafter, all evil people will be separated from the good. Only good people will be given a place in the dwellings of paradise. Besides this, all such worldly events, like death, disease, and accidents, and mental states such as tension and boredom will be eradicated forever.
In that world all the sources of comfort and pleasure will be gathered in their ultimate form. How thrilling it would be to live in that world!
This is the scheme of creation for this world as devised by its Creator.
