You must see the result. What do people attain if they say we must fulfil all our desires in this world? They don’t get anything at all. They die in a state of despair and frustration. A person has very less time in this world. His desires are innumerable. A person gets about 10, 20 or 30 years after youth age. He is unable to achieve anything and dies with unfulfilled desires. The point is that one must judge one's words in terms of the result. Is there any person in this world who has achieved the fulfilment of all of his desires? Even the topmost people couldn’t achieve this.

Alexander the Great died at the age of 40. Napolean also died young, and so did Hitler. These people wanted to rule the world but couldn’t fulfil their goals. Those who speak on the lines of absolute fulfilment of desires in this world should ask themselves if they are in a position to say so. We have no choice except to prepare for the other world. Because we cannot achieve anything in this world.

The present world is very insufficient to fulfil our desires. No one's desires have been fulfilled nor will they ever be fulfilled. It is very scientific to believe that our life is divided into two phases. The pre-death period is meant for preparation. The post-death period is meant to fulfil our desires. We have no choice other than this. Those who advocate for fulfilment of all desires in this world only do word play.
