The Path of Monotheism

Believing in one God, known as monotheism or tawheed in Islam, forms the basis for all Islamic actions. This belief acknowledges that all power belongs to God alone. He is the only one deserving of worship. He controls the entire universe, provides for all of creation, including humans, and holds ultimate authority. Recognizing God as the Creator and Master of the universe brings about a spiritual and intellectual revolution in man. When many people share this transformative belief, they come together to form an Islamic society.
