While studying the life of the Sahaba I found that they were complex-free people.  They were free of every kind of complex. Being a complex-free person is a great blessing. You grow in wisdom. You develop greater understanding. You have greater intellectual development. If you read the sayings and speeches of the Sahaba, you will gain deep wisdom. I will give an example.

The Sahaba had no master's degree or doctorate nor were they university professors. They discovered wisdom with God's help. When you become complex-free, you will receive inspiration from God. A Companion has said: مَنْ لَا يَرْضَى بِالْقَلِيلِ مِمَّا يَأْتِي بِهِ السَّفِيهُ يَرْضَى بِالْكَثِيرِ. (Majmau' al-Zawa'id wa Manba' al-Fawa'id 12131

If a person cannot tolerate lesser evil from someone, he will have to tolerate greater evil. This is great wisdom. In this world you are living in a society where every person is free. Every person creates problem sometime or the other. You will have to face thorns and mud. Every person has a choice between lesser evil and greater evil. There is no choice between all good and all bad. People thought they could achieve all good. They kept on fighting throughout their life but couldn’t get anything. In entire history, those who made all good their target couldn’t achieve anything. You can see an example of this throughout history.

If a person cannot tolerate lesser evil from someone, he will have to tolerate greater evil. What does this mean? The choice in this world is between lesser evil and greater evil. You should accept lesser evil so that you don’t have to face greater evil. If you run after all good, you won’t find anything at all.
