The Universe Sets an Example of Team Work

We need to do our work according to the principle of team work. Every team member should help other members, just as every part of the universe helps other parts. The universe presents to us the example of team work.

A scholar who had studied nature, gave a unique remark about nature. He said a principle of nature is All for each, each for all. The entire universe is following the principle of All for each, each for all. The entire universe is an interconnected whole. A scientist had even said that the universe is so compact and connected that if I remove a single particle from it, I would impact the entire universe. But I cannot do so. In the universe every particle is connected to other partickes and is cooperating with them. Every part cooperates fully with its other parts. This is why, it has no defect. The Quran says: هَلْ تَرَى مِنْ فُطُورٍ (67:3) This is a zero-defect universe. The factory of the universe works on the zero-defect principle. How? Because the law governing the universe is Each for all, all for each. We can learn about teamwork from this example. The entire universe is like a team. It does teamwork. Every component works along with all other components. When it rains, the sun sends down its heat which causes the ocean water to evaporate. The wind carries this vapour, which fuses with the particles in the air. Then clouds heavy with vapour descend as rain. The earth's gravity pulls this water downward. Thousands of factors combine together to give rise to the phenomenon of rain.

This is team work. All the tasks in the universe are carried out on the basis of cooperation. Every part cooperates with other parts. We too need to adopt the principle of team work. The mission we are part of must function according to the spirit of team work. If any part of the universe refuses to cooperate in the events, for example, if gravity fails to play its part in bringing down rain, or the winds does not perform its task or the air particles don’t do their work, or the sun doesn’t play its role – if any one of the factors among all of these fails to work, there would be no rainfall. We too need to do our work according to the principle of team work. Every team member should help other members, just as every part of the universe helps other parts. The universe presents to us the example of team work.
