TOWARDS NATURE
A psychologist once said: You can meet friends everywhere, but you cannot meet enemies everywhere—you have to make them. This is completely true. The reality is that friendship is the normal state, while enmity is abnormal. If two people simply live together, their nature leads them toward friendship. Enmity only begins when one of them provokes the other with unpleasant words or actions.
Whenever you fall into enmity with someone, do not think of it as permanent. According to the law of nature, friendship is the lasting condition, not enmity. Try to bring the temporary state back to the permanent one. You will certainly succeed, provided you use a wise approach. Since friendship is the natural state, when a person moves from enmity back to friendship, the whole system of nature supports him. In such an effort, he is not alone—the entire world around him becomes his ally. And when the whole universe is on a person’s side, failure is impossible.
The strongest force in this world is nature. Nothing can depart from the nature that the Creator has fixed for it. Stones, plants, animals—all follow their given nature, and they never turn away from it. The same is true for human beings. Within a person, the most powerful force is also his nature. If you adopt the way of nature, you can win over even the most rebellious person.
